It was then adjudged as the best paper at the convention .The earlier paper was an attempt, and to some extent a successful one, to introduce use of Operation Research (OR) Techniques in management of water supply systems.
The present article introduces a more rational procedure for optimization by using a present worth approach, which is commonly used to evaluate intricate financial propacals.
